James Watson
Associate Director
As Associate Director James is responsible for the co-ordination of projects internally, programming resources and liaising with clients to ensure we meet the clients design programme.
James principally supports clients during early project development to help de-risk projects and ensure sufficient servicing provisions are made.
In his career, James has worked with a number of other leading developers and consultants on a diverse range of projects including several high-profile international projects and has spent time working overseas.
He has a pragmatic approach to building services design and a strong focus on energy efficient designs along with providing cost effective schemes which aids clients in the ever so financially competitive construction market.

Education Background
James grew up in Lincolnshire where he attended King’s Grammar School.
James served an Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship in the industry during which he gained his formal qualifications.
James has since gone on to gain sector specific qualifications including electrical design, verification and certification; wiring regulations and high voltage design (up to 132kV).
James has three separate charterships demonstrating his experience and abilities and is a member of several professional bodies.

James has worked for a number of various developers, consultants, contractors & charities on projects in over 20 countries.
James has experience with large scale commercial, industrial, residential healthcare and infrastructure projects.
James has recieved awards for innovational design to reduce carbon emissions.

James enjoys running, gardening and spending time with his family.
James has recently taken on an allotment and is enjoying cultivating it in his spare time.
James enjoys volunteering for charities, using his skills to help them.
