development in the heart of
Chelmsford city centre.

AWA were involved throughout
the entire site assembly and
planning process. Working on full
site external services plans for
diversions and new connections.

Working with the Main contractor
on behalf of our client Aqulia
holdings we achieved a sound M&E
services design.

John Lewis Department store
is the “Anchor Tenant” in the
development which includes a
275 space underground car park,
leading blue chip retail outlets
and luxury cinema with Riverside
