80,000 sq/ft. multi-million-pound retail park in Maldon, Essex.
Occupiers include Aldi, Next, Travelodge, Sports Direct, Costa, Pure Gym and Home Bargains.
AWA’s responsibilities included the survey of existing services on site and the design, co-ordination and
application of utilities to suit the retail tenants requirements.
The new site required one 1000kVa and one 800kVA
Electrical Substation to provide power to the new units and any future requirements, and a new extended water main & fire hydrant supply from the existing network.
AWA have been involved with this project since its original inception in 2015 through to its completion
in 2020.
