The proposal was to create a development with a mixture of private, shared ownership & affordable rent dwellings throughout the 391 units.
The dwellings are heated via the developments on site energy centre situated within one of the buildings built within Phase 1.
The project incorporates an eight storey linear building to the north forming a buffer to the nearby main trunk road, with the building incorporating specialist ventilation units to all dwellings due to the C02 levels of pollution from the main trunk road.
The apartments offer versatility to create a practical home working environment, additional sockets and USB ports fitted with purpose made spaces for a desk.
