DP World London Gateway logistics park is a 9.25 million sq. ft logistics park in Stanford-le-hope in Essex and is the UK’s fastest growing deep sea port.

AWA have been appointed to work on a growing number of build-to-suit warehouses each bringing their own challenges.  Including new state of the art multi-temperature cold store facilities.

BIM has been used on all projects to enable detailed co-ordination between design teams, as well as with existing site infrastructure. All MEP services including below ground and external services have been modelled within each project. BIM has been a real driver to achieve not only a good level of co-ordination, but also a high level of efficiency over traditional projects.
