Located on the “Surrey” of the River Thames in Hammersmith. The world-famous Riverside Studios
The intelligent design follows the Surrey Bend of the River Thames, a place made famous by its defining
role in the Oxford vs Cambridge Boat Race and wraps new homes around and over the redeveloped Riverside Studios.
The new complex comprises of three studios, small, medium and large which are up to 12m high, a cinema and screening room, a rehearsal space and restaurants
and bars looking out over the river.
The mechanical and electrical design embraced the very stringent noise criteria for the project including the use of specialist material intake and extract ventilation.
Revit MEP 3D software was used to produce fully coordinated drawings to detail complex basement and
upper floor services.
