This project consisted of the refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing building together with the addition of two new floors behind the retained facade of a former Victorian warehouse.
This development provides over 20,000 sq ft of office floor levels overlooking a landscaped courtyard. The building perfectly combines the old and new, with modern amenities blending seamlessly with the original warehouse structure. New elements, such as the angular reception and landscaped courtyard, bring a modern feel to this historical site.
The seven apartments sit atop the commercial development, arranged across the two new, upper most levels. The apartments have floor to ceiling glazing to maximise light and emphasise the view across the London skyline.
