Andy West

Andy is the Managing Director and co-founder of the company beginning in 1996 and since then has taken the company from strength to strength.  He has been instrumental in the company’s growth, with the office relocating to larger premises a few years ago.  Since the pandemic the team has adapted to working remotely and this still benefits many members of staff.

Andy is focused on his team and provides an environment which encourages shared learning and development.  Realising the importance of investing in the next generation of Engineers, Andy along with the other Directors take on new apprentices annually.

Andy has a wide range of experience in various sectors including HM Government, Healthcare, Educational, Residential & Commercial.
