Scott Lawson brings over 15 years of experience within the Residential, Commercial, Health Care & Retail sectors to AWA Consultants. Scott’s passion is for commercially sound services design and all-round efficiency in the building services systems and likes to ensure the latest products and innovations are being utilised on the projects & schemes he is involved with. Scott has also been involved in many exciting projects that range from large academy schools, Laboratory Facilities, Commercial, Industrial, and residential schemes.
Scott enjoys working with clients from initial concept / feasibility stage to final completion & handover.

Education Background
Scott attended Braintree College in Essex where he grew up, completing a HNC in Art & Design (Graphics).
Scott went to City of Westminster College in London where he completed his HNC & HND in building services.
Professional Experience
Scott worked at a local consultancy whilst completing his building services HNC & HND 2007-2018. He worked his way up from trainee CAD Technician all the way up to Associate Director.
Scott was at a large contractor between 2018-2021 as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, working for clients such as Kier & Morgan Sindall.
Scott joined AWA in Spring 2021 as Associate Mechanical Engineer.
Hobbies & Interests
Scott enjoys motor racing in general, with Formula 1, British Touring Cars along with GT Racing being the favourites to follow. He also attends regular track days and events within the sport each year.
Scott’s hobbies include art (mainly graphics), gaming & football of which involves either playing monthly or watching.
Scott also enjoys going to London to see musicals along with attending live music concerts across the country each year.
