Domestic water & drainage services to the new reconfigured communal core areas.
High performance VRF heating & cooling units with low fan power and low flow sanitary fittings installed to reduce water consumption.
Low heat loss glazing with high UV rejection throughout, and the building thermal upgraded walls to reduce building heat loss.
The building incorporating the offices and main office areas had a target BREEAM “Excellent” rating and an EPC target rating `B’
