Sport Relief is back and AWA are joining in the fun to raise funds.
Sport Relief is back! Taking place between 19th and 23rd March, AWA are joining in the fun to raise funds and have fun.
Many sport games/activities have been planned through the week for staff to have fun and ultimately raise vital funds.
It’s going to be busy throughout the week with staff are taking part in a cycle challenge, 500 miles in 5 days, staff will be taking turns on an exercise bike in the office to hit the target of 500 miles which is from Brighton to Glasgow.
With a Keepie Uppie challenge, Penalty shootout, Hula hoop challenge Chair rowing races, Chair golf, Tug of war, Wii bowling tournament, Table football, Swing ball, & darts there is plenty going to raise money and have fun.
A number of staff are hoping to compete with the Rowing machine challenge, the quickest person to row from Dover – Calais across the channel…21 Miles !
Friday will be a fun day with staff asked to dress up as their sporting icon for the day, we are hoping for Ian Botham, David Beckham, Bradley Wiggins or Andy Murray to make an appearance!
